They are suitable for various applications including machine lighting, work stations, control cabinets and manufacturing lines. The LED s also require less maintenance and less power making them more cost effective than conventional lights. Cascade models are available and these can be daisy-chained" together providing a continuous length of lighting with minimal wiring required. Even when in a chain the lights can be turned to high, low or off independently of other light, whether upstream or downstream in the chain. A double-ended accessory cordset must be used between each pair of cascading lights.
